Alfred Müller AG is developing an attractive residential building with 56 condominiums ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms on Uetlibergstrasse in Zurich. Planning permission has been granted. As the property is currently still partially leased, demolition is scheduled from the fourth quarter of 2026. Occupancy of the apartments is planned for early 2030. Sales documentation, including floor plans and pricing, is expected towards the end of 2027 or early 2028.
