75 condominiums in planning

On this site, Alfred Müller AG is planning a residential development with 75 condominiums. At the end of 2020, a study contract was conducted with four invited architectural firms. The evaluation committee selected the project by the planning team Schneider & Schneider Architekten AG and vetschpartner Landschaftsarchitekten AG as the winner. Their proposal impressed both in terms of urban design and functionality and ensures a high quality of living with its diverse views and attractive floor plans. The point buildings integrate harmoniously into the terrain. The open space and access concept emphasises the idyllic setting with orchard meadow, stream and further planned plantings, offering residents relaxing outdoor spaces.

The winning project forms the basis for the guiding project, which in turn serves as the foundation and explanatory component of the design plan.
