AG is the perfect partner for you: our comprehensive range of
services includes the acquisition of suitable development sites,
and the planning, construction and financing of office buildings
to suit our clients’ requirements.
Development site
If you do not already possess the necessary plot of land, we
will look for a suitable site in the desired region, or offer
you something from our own inventory.
Planning
We outsource architectural and engineering work to external
offices and are thus free from commitments. And of course if
you wish to include your own architects and other specialists,
you are entirely at liberty to do so, and the same applies with
respect to choice of planning specialists for customised furnishings
and installations.
Interior layout and design
Normally we take care of interior layout and design in accordance
with your specifications on the basis of a pre-defined cost
limit or all-inclusive price. The costs of other specific requirements
and installations have to be borne by the tenant.
Rent
Long-term rental agreements form the basis of our partnership.
Any extensions or alterations to the premises are added to the
rent and are normally amortised within the fixed rental period.
Purchase
If you wish, Alfred Müller AG will grant you first right
of refusal or pre-emptive rights on the property for a limited
period and at an agreed price.
