Alfred Müller AG is a member of the Swiss Association for Facility Management and has a highly skilled and experienced team at its disposal that currently looks after around 800,000 square metres of office and commercial space, and 4,400 rental apartments and owner-occupied homes. Our facility management staff take care of all administrative and technical tasks in residential buildings, condominiums, commercial properties and office buildings. The principal objective of facility management is to preserve the value of a building so that it can yield a return over the long term that is in line with the market.

Garden and landscape construction department
Making sure you feel completely at home right from the start
Alfred Müller AG attaches a great deal of importance to the design of areas of greenery in residential developments and business complexes. For this reason we operate our own garden and landscape construction department, which now numbers more than 20 employees who ensure that areas of greenery are planned and planted out professionally. For some major projects, this department often works together with external landscape designers. It also carries out work on behalf of third parties, for example on the basis of garden maintenance contracts.

Our Commitment
St. Martin
With our «Water is Life» drinking water project in Cameroon we are enabling people in rural regions in the south of the country to gain access to a supply of clean drinking water. Thanks to the St. Martin Foundation, the efforts of the local population and the generosity of numerous donors, more than 1,300 wells have been constructed here to date.

Allmig
The Allmig composting and green power plant is operated in the region of Zug. Here, around 25,000 tonnes of biowaste from neighbouring municipalities are recycled each year and turned into high quality topsoil and compost for use by private consumers and in the agricultural sector. In addition, the facility produces around 3.5 million kilowatt hours of green power a year.
